Where do you ship from?
We are based in Pennsylvania ! All orders are shipped from Pennsylvania. All international orders are subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for.
Do you offer free shipping?
YES! We offer FREE shipping in the US on all orders over $50 after discounts and promo codes. Free shipping is not currently available to destinations outside of the US.
When will my order ship?
All READY TO SHIP orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Since most of our pieces are MADE TO ORDER, please check the description area for production times. Usually it is approx 7-10 business days after placing the order. Except our Tiaras. They take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to create before shipping.
Upgrading your shipping DOES NOT mean your order will be made more quickly. That is only a shipping upgrade not a rush order fee. If you have a time sensitive order please contact us prior to making the purchase to discuss if we can meet your date.
When will my order arrive?
For more accurate information on when your package will arrive, refer to your tracking number. Please allow a few days for it to register.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working.
The tracking says my order arrived but I haven't received anything
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
Check to see if your neighbor's or someone in your residence accepted it
Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
Contact your local post office to have them try to locate where they delivered to by mistake
Treasures by Agnes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package.
How can I return an item?
Due to the handmade nature of our products all sales are final
Handcrafted in our Pennsylvania design studio in the US. All of our pieces are made individually by hand and great care is given to ensure that it is of the highest quality. Please carefully choose your item and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our pieces before making your purchase.
However, we will gladly offer a *REPLACEMENT* if an item is faulty or damaged in transit. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order & send it back in 5 days.
Since our pieces are handmade to order, we are unable to take cancellations after 24 hours of placing an order.
My product is damaged. What can i do?
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at treasuresbyagnes@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
Please note we are unable to accept reclamations beyond 90 days pass the date you received your order and
damages incurred from wear and tear or mishandling of the item.
How should I care for my pieces?
1. KEEP IT DRY
The fastest way to tarnish your jewelry is by contact with moisture and liquids. This includes putting on lotions, washing your hands, a spritz of perfume, and sweating with your jewels on. Even the oils on your skin can wear down the plating and metals over time - and this will again vary from person to person. Get your jewels wet by accident? Be sure to wipe and dry them off right away!
2. STORE IT PROPERLY
All of the pieces you receive from us come in a gift box - use this to keep your jewels protected from the sun and safe from scratches and chips.
You can also store them in a Ziploc bag - but you'll want to make sure you get rid of as much air as possible before sealing it. With the air removed, the metal won't be able to oxidize from the air.
Super keen on keeping your favorite pieces in tip top shape? Get some 3M anti-tarnish strips. These super absorbent pieces of paper will basically suck all of the culprits in the surrounding air that will cause your jewelry to tarnish over time. Stick one in your jewelry drawer, jewelry box or storage pouch.
Try a jewelry protectant spray. Not only can it protect your favorite pieces longer, but some sprays can also protect you from allergies like irritation, rashes and hives.
